Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Here’s the secret ingredient to attain the perfect creamy texture to your mashed potatoes: CP-Meiji Greek Style Yogurt!

Cook time: 20 minutes
Yields: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks 
- 1 garlic clove 
- 2 tablespoons olive oil 
- 1 cup CP-Meiji Greek Style Yogurt (Natural) 
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste 
- 3-4 sprigs of chive, chopped 
Directions:
- In a saucepan of salted water, cook the potatoes and garlic until tender (approximately 15-20 minutes) 
- Drain the cooked potatoes and garlic. 
- Using a potato masher, crush the potatoes and garlic with the olive oil until desired consistency is reached. 
- Add the Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, and chopped chives to the mashed potatoes. 
- Mix everything together for a few more seconds until well combined. 
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
