Triple Berry Yogurt Banana Bread

Yields: 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
- 1 teaspoon baking powder 
- 3/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) 
- 1/2 cup melted butter or vegetable oil 
- 1 cup brown sugar 
- 1 egg 
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed 
- 1/2 cup CP-Meiji Triple Berry Greek Yogurt 
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C. 
- Line a bread pan with parchment paper and set it aside. 
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and dark chocolate chunks. 
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter or oil with the brown sugar and egg until well combined. 
- Stir in the mashed bananas and mix well. 
- Add the Triple Berry Greek Style yogurt and mix until smooth. 
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well after each addition until fully incorporated. 
- Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan, spreading it evenly. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 
- Once baked, remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes. 
- Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing. 
- Slice and serve the chocolate chunk banana bread with Greek yogurt as a moist and delicious treat!
